About Vander Velde.

Victoria Vander Velde, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a special interest in women’s health. She is proud to be a member of Associated Obstetrics & Gynecology, serving women in Bloomfield Hills and Clarkston, Michigan.

Originally from Waterford and now residing in the Clarkston area, Victoria has strong roots in the local community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Health, and Society from the University of Michigan in 2022, Go Blue! Following graduation, she joined Associated Obstetrics & Gynecology as a medical assistant, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in women’s health and developed an even greater appreciation for the relationships built between patients and their healthcare providers. Many patients and families may recognize Victoria from her time with the practice before becoming a Physician Assistant

Victoria earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, graduating in June 2026. Throughout her education and clinical training, she continued to pursue her interest in obstetrics and gynecology and gained experience caring for women throughout different stages of life.

Victoria’s clinical interests include preventive well-woman care, comprehensive gynecologic evaluations, contraceptive counseling, and obstetric care throughout pregnancy. She enjoys educating patients about their health and working with each woman to develop an individualized approach to their care that reflects her needs, concerns, and goals.

Returning to Associated Obstetrics & Gynecology as a Physician Assistant is especially meaningful to Victoria. Having started with the practice as a medical assistant, she is grateful for the opportunity to return in a new role and continue caring for women in the community she knows and loves. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing their concerns, and taking an active role in their healthcare.

Outside of medicine, Victoria enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She is an avid sports fan and loves to travel. As a lifelong Michigander, she is happy to be back home and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients while continuing to serve the southeast Michigan community.
